These Terms govern your use of Mistry G. By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Mistry G Platform

Mistry G is a marketplace that connects customers with independent skilled workers. We are not the employer of the workers and do not directly perform the services booked through the app.

2. Platform Fee

Mistry G charges a 10% platform fee on completed jobs. The fee is added on top of the worker's agreed price and is shown clearly before you confirm the booking.

3. Cancellation and Penalties

  • Customers can cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of up to ₹100.
  • Workers who repeatedly cancel after confirming a booking may face penalties or account suspension.

4. Worker Verification

Every worker on Mistry G must complete document verification (Aadhaar and skill proof) before accepting bookings. Workers who provide false information will be permanently removed.

5. Payments

All payments are made through the app via Razorpay. Cash payments outside the app are not supported and may result in account suspension.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute about a job or payment, contact support@mistryg.in within 48 hours of job completion. Our support team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for illegal services or fraudulent purposes.
  • Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against any worker or customer.
  • Soliciting workers or customers to bypass the platform.
  • Creating fake accounts, reviews, or ratings.

8. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm the safety of our community. Suspended users will be notified by email.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mistry G acts as a marketplace and is not liable for the quality of work performed by independent workers beyond the protections we provide (verification, masked calls, refund policy).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
