Mistry G ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our app, website, and services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, phone number, email, profile photo.
- Verification documents: Aadhaar, PAN, and skill proof for workers.
- Location data: pincode and GPS location to match workers near you.
- Booking and transaction details, ratings, reviews, and chat messages.
- Device and usage data such as IP address, device model, and app interactions.
3. Masked Phone Numbers
To protect your privacy, Mistry G never shares your real phone number with the other party. All calls and messages between customers and workers are routed through masked numbers managed by our communication provider.
4. Document Verification
Worker documents are verified through trusted KYC partners. Documents are stored securely and accessed only for verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
5. Payment Security
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Mistry G does not store your card or UPI credentials on its servers.
6. How We Use Your Information
- Match you with the right verified worker.
- Process bookings, payments, and refunds.
- Send service updates, OTPs, and important notices.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unsafe behaviour.
- Improve our app and develop new features.
7. Sharing of Information
We share data only with: verified workers fulfilling your booking, KYC and payment partners, communication providers for masked calls, and law enforcement when legally required.
8. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from the app, or by emailing support@mistryg.in. We respond to all valid requests within 30 days.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations. Verification records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
