Refund Policy

We want every booking on Mistry G to be a great experience. If something goes wrong, here's how refunds work.
1. Refund for No-Show
If the worker does not show up for a confirmed booking, you are entitled to a 100% refund of any in-app payment, including the platform fee. Refund requests for no-shows must be raised within 24 hours.
2. Refund Timeline
- Refunds for no-shows or cancellations are processed within 24 hours.
- The amount is credited to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
3. Platform Fee
Once a job is marked complete by both customer and worker, the 10% platform fee is non-refundable.
4. Quality Issues and Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, raise a dispute through the app within 48 hours of job completion or email support@mistryg.in. We will:
- Investigate the issue with both parties.
- Mediate a fair resolution within 5 business days.
- Issue a partial or full refund where appropriate.
5. Cancellation Refunds
Free cancellation up to 1 hour before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations after that may attract a small cancellation fee, which is deducted from the refund.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Job already completed and accepted in the app.
- Refund requested after 48 hours from completion.
- Disputes raised due to changes in scope after the worker started the job.
